+ Why was Her Podium Created?

Fear of Public Speaking is at the top of the fear list, but it is a skill that will level up your life. Some women are born loving to stand in front of an audience, but the good news is for the rest of us, public speaking confidence can be a learned skill. Her Podium® was created to give a supportive, inspiring and FUN environment exclusively for women to find their voice, feel confident and empowered while presenting. There is a magical community in our programs. Women are sad to graduate from class.

+ Why is an empowered voice so important?

An empowered voice and being able to speak up is vital both in your personal and professional life. With an empowered voice:
➡A Mom can speak up at her child’s parent/teacher conference or a PTA meeting.
➡An entrepreneur can get her message out about her product or service. The best way to market is to talk about it.
➡Women in the corporate realm can stand out and get noticed by their Supervisors when they can speak up at meetings and present confidently.

+ Who is a Good Candidate for a Her Podium® Program?

Any woman who would like to feel more confident and empowered in her voice both personally and professionally. Her Podium® Programs whether group programs or One on One Session are a safe space to try things out. This is a non-judgemental, inspiring and supportive environment to find your unique style of presenting and build on it.

We meet each woman wherever she is on her speaking journey. She may be just starting out, or a more seasoned speaker looking to take her skills to the next level. We are along with you on your speaking journey.

+ What makes HerPodium® Programs different from the other programs available to you?

Students have mentioned that there is a “magic of community” with Her Podium® programs. In our classes there are supportive and inspiring women who will cheer you on. The culture of our programs is that we all lift eachother up. There have been women who have connected in a class and end up doing speaking events together. The community takes a fear filled exercise (public speaking) and makes it a journey. We like to say, “Her Podium® programs are the most FUN you will ever have at a public speaking course”.

+ What Does a Program Meeting include?

The Curriculums of Her Podium® Level I and Level II include the following:
➡ Lessons on speech crafting, engagement and delivery tools.
➡ Impromptu presentations are FUN in the form of games, exercises & prompts.
➡ Prepared Presentations have all the information you need to create an engaging presentation in the workbook along with helpful delivery tips, trick & skills.
➡ Valuable Peer and Trainer feedback on Prepared Presentations to make tweaks for a tighter presentation.

The other Her Podium® programs are mostly working 1:1 with Pam in Coaching Sessions with downloadable guides to keep us on track.
